  5.Water seal damage causing leakage

If small sand enters the water seal, it will break it up through its own movement and discharge it from the overflow hole. However, if it is in a dirty environment for a long time, the water seal will wear out, the sealing function will be lost, and water leakage will occur.

 Notice：When installing the water pump, use regular and qualified antifreeze and clean the pipes when necessary.

 6.Normal pressure relief

The water seal does not completely isolate water, and there will be a certain reasonable amount of leakage; in the process of cold car to hot car, due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, excessive pressure will cause water to leak out through the overflow hole, and the pressure will return to normal after the internal and external pressures are balanced.

7.Failure to perform exhaust procedures resulted in leakage

  After replacing the water pump and adding antifreeze, although the water level in the kettle has reached the MAX position, the water pump actually forms a vacuum state at the water seal due to the entry of air. The working environment of the water seal requires antifreeze lubrication. If you step on the accelerator deeply at this time, the dynamic ring and the static ring will rub dryly, which will cause the water seal to be damaged and leak.

 8.Failure to clean the pipeline leads to leakage

Using non-standard antifreeze will form nitrite, scale and other crystal substances in the water channel after being exposed to high and low temperatures. The hardness of the crystal substances is relatively high, and after entering the water seal, it will cause the water seal to wear and leak.
