Renaissance Rallysport is a Performance Rally
team comprised of Ted and Lise Mendham, and their friends and
family.
Ted Mendham
has been rallying
since 1989. After course working at STPR, he began co-driving for his friend Ted
Donlon at the 1989 Sabattus Winter Rally in Maine. Following a season of
rallying together, he bought Ted
Donlon's SAAB 99 rally car and competed as a driver for the next three years. He
retired the SAAB in 1993 and began co-driving for his friend Carl Fisher. During
this time Carl and Ted had many rally adventures in the US and Canada, leading to some
top ten National finishes and several Divisional wins.
In
1997 Ted traded his Acura Integra daily
driver for Lise's Nissan Sentra and her commitment to co-drive. The Rally Sentra débuted at the Seven Islands
and Mead
Divisional Rally's in Maine the winter of 1997. Ted and Lise have continued to
rally in the eastern US and Canada, now with a 2002 WRX, with good attitude and good
fun.
